Your leadership and management skills will be essential in guiding both the children and your fellow team members.DutiesPlan and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning through play.Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents and guardians.Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education are maintained.Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play.Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the children's care.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as safeguarding policies.QualificationsRelevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare Level 7/8 required.Previous experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting is essential.Strong management and leadership skills to guide a team effectively.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development.Driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel if required for outings or training.Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being able to take initiative when necessary.
