We are expanding our database of embedded consultants across EMEA and are seeking candidates for GSOC roles in Dublin, Ireland.
GSOC Opportunities
We are actively hiring for the following positions within a client’s Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) in Dublin. The GSOC is part of an integrated global structure with standardized processes and systems.
GSOC Operator (Junior Analyst) / Shift Lead (Senior Analyst) - Security, Political Risk, Intelligence (24/7 shifts) & Program Specialist
GSOC Operator (Junior Analyst)
* Monitor, assess, and report on global threats and regional risks.
* Conduct open-source and proprietary intelligence analysis.
* Perform system audits and assist in response planning.
* Support enterprise-level data analysis and security assessments.
Requirements
* Experience in risk analysis, intelligence, or security monitoring.
* Skilled in OSINT tools, databases, and incident management platforms.
* Clear, concise report writing and stakeholder communication.
Shift Lead (Senior Analyst)
* Lead GSOC shift operations and oversee operator performance.
* Coordinate incident response and ensure SOP adherence.
* Quality control for GSOC reporting and handovers.
* Train, coach, and mentor team members.
Shift Lead Requirements
* 1+ year GSOC supervisory experience.
* Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
* Technical knowledge of alarm/CCTV, risk monitoring, and OSINT.
* Ability to remain calm and direct teams during high-pressure events.
Program Specialist
GSOC Program Specialist – 40-hour work week.
* College degree or 2+ years GSOC experience (ideally in program management/supervisory/leadership).
* Proficient in office software with strong writing skills.
* Proficiency in data analytics and critical thinking.
* Ability to identify and address customer needs and manage programs, including tracking KPIs, planning, allocating resources, executing, and overseeing progress.
* Proficiency in global risk event monitoring, OSINT tactical intelligence, CCTV, alarm monitoring/response and incident/emergency response protocols.
