We are recruiting a Personal Assistant for a large Dublin firm, in this role you will support the Corporate Team.
You will be join a firm who are modernising the way that their support staff manage their work and have removed billing processes from their duties.
In place of this, PAs will have more time to embed themselves into the Practice Groups they support.
You will have capacity to become more involved with event planning, BD activities and coordination of CPD activities for fee-earners.
Dublin 2 offices - 2 minutes from green line Luas
Hybrid working environment - 3 days onsite per week

Working collaboratively with the rest of the team, your duties will include:
Coordinating internal and external meetings and events, making reservations, organising invite lists, technical equipment and catering and managing events on the day.
Acting as a mentor to less experienced members of the team and supporting them in their development.
Organising travel arrangements including itineraries, flights, hotels, visas and taxis.
Utilising document production for the creation of all first draft documents
Meeting preparation including agendas and collating meeting papers.
Organisation of file management including closing of files, archiving and ensuring all relevant documents are filed electronically and in line with our file management best practice
Understanding the client matter opening, client reporting and client balances processes
In order to be considered you will have:
3-4 years' experience as a PA in a legal or Professional Services environment.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite document management software.
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
