Join to apply for the Temporary Accountant role at Great National Hotel Ballina.
This is a short-term contract with immediate start. An excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to apply their expertise in a dynamic finance environment.
Responsibilities
* Preparation of monthly Management Accounts, including Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow.
* Preparation of Financial Reports, including profit, cashflow, and payroll forecasting.
* Preparation of accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
* Managing debtor and creditor ledgers.
* Completion of all taxation/statutory returns, including ensuring VAT and payroll taxes are reconciled and paid within deadlines.
* Carrying out any other reasonable requests by Management.
Qualifications
* Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant.
* Hotel experience (distinct advantageous).
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* A team player with a commercial and financial focus.
* Proven experience with Sage and Micropay (essential).
* Experience with Procurewizard (advantageous).
