Morgan McKinley are working with a Leading Manufacturing Multinational based in East Cork who are hiring a Finance Manager to join their team.
Finance Manager - FP&A - Cork - Permanent
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing their Research & Development unit and providing strategic planning to the business.
An ideal candidate will be driven and analytically minded. They will have proven stakeholder management experience and experience with Financial Planning and Analysis in the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Finance Director and R&D teams to manage financials.
* Responsible for budgets, forecasts and actuals including working with budget owners and global operation finance to optimise reporting.
* Engage with and review business cases for new products.
* Provide financial information as required for business unit reviews or other presentations.
* Manage all monthly and quarterly financials.
* Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve business performance.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA professional with at least 3 years post-qualified experience.
* Have strong stakeholder management and relationship-building experience.
* Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage several priorities.
* Have commercial awareness and a strong technical ability.
