We're looking for a
Data Entry Clerk
to join our remote team and help ensure all information is accurately recorded, updated, and maintained.
What You'll Do:
Enter and update data in company systems and spreadsheets
Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Perform routine data audits and correct any discrepancies
Maintain organized digital files and documentation
Assist with basic reporting tasks when needed
Follow data privacy and security guidelines
Support team members with administrative and data-related tasks
What You Bring:
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
Good typing speed and familiarity with data entry tools
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Previous data entry or administrative experience is a plus
