As part of this extended team, you will support the Life Science Process Safety Center of Excellence by serving as the primary process safety specialist for major CapEx projects and developing process safety program implementation for all project processes.As the Project Process Safety Leader (Life Science Process Safety Center of Excellence), you will be responsible for:Developing internal guidance and training programs based on corporate standards for process safety implementation in project processes, technology transfer, and new product development.Conducting PHAs in the project process.Serving as the process safety SME and individual contributor.Collaborating with project managers to deliver process safety requirements on strategic and major capital projects.Mentoring regional process safety experts and site EHS representatives.Working with the project management office to incorporate process safety into project processes.Creating tools and templates to standardize process safety deliverables.Onboarding third-party consultants for process safety needs.This position offers remote working within Ireland.Who You AreWe seek a leader with experience and vision in integrating process safety into project execution. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a safety-focused mindset. You should be capable of promoting best practices and developing process safety programs across all project levels within the Life Science business.Minimum QualificationsB.S. in engineering or related field, or no degree with 8+ years relevant experience.5+ years responsible for implementing process safety in CapEx projects.Experience in chemical manufacturing.Experience facilitating PHAs with HAZOP (preferably using PHAWorks).Experience conducting LOPAs per industry standards.Ability to travel domestically and internationally (
