G MASS Consulting are seeking a Derivatives Analyst to support clients across regulatory compliance, counterparty risk and operational due diligence. This is a delivery-focused, client-facing role suited to someone early in their career who is comfortable working with data, managing multiple workstreams and engaging professionally with stakeholders.The role sits within a fast-paced, technology-led environment, offering strong exposure to regulatory frameworks, process improvement and client problem-solving.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple client requests and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timelinessCommunicate regularly with internal teams, clients and third-party vendorsReview project scope and plans, recommending process and efficiency improvementsMaintain project trackers and support / lead client update callsIdentify and resolve gaps in data, process and executionBuild and maintain effective working relationships with clients and stakeholdersApply a working understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirementsPerform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel, including large data setsWork efficiently in a deadline-driven environment with a strong attention to detailRequirements0 - 3 years' experience in a regulatory, risk, compliance or financial services-related roleStrong understanding of DerivativesExposure to project coordination or structured delivery workClear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to manage competing priorities effectivelyHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsCollaborative approach, comfortable working with senior and junior stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelBenefits12-month contract.Salary / rate to be discussed.
