Our mission is to deliver to all our customers a satisfying and unique experience while staying with us.Easy, fast and reliable, LEEVIN IS YOUR SMART CHOICE for your week visiting friends, your first month in the city looking for your permanent apartment or your 4 or 5 months stay doing that internship that you have planned for a long time.Take a look down below to know more about our new position at Leevin Group.Key Tasks and Responsibilities (in this role you will)The Purchasing Assistant is responsible for managing the procurement processes for the company, including market research, obtaining quotations, and overseeing the Pleo account. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, excellent mathematical skills, and the ability to manage time effectively while working independently or as part of a team.Purchase Management: Oversee and execute all purchasing activities for the company, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.Market Research: Conduct market research to obtain quotations and evaluate suppliers to make informed purchasing decisions.Pleo Account Management: Manage and maintain the Pleo account, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to company policies.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, including quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and resolve any issues that arise.Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on purchasing activities, expenditure, and budget compliance.Key Functional Competencies (You possess the following)Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.Mathematical Skills: Excellent mathematical skills for accurate financial calculations and data analysis.Problem-Solving: Dynamic problem-solving skills to address and resolve purchasing issues effectively.Software Familiarity: Familiarity with accounting software and purchasing systems.Time Management: Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and catch errors in documentation and processes.Experience / Education (You are/have)Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.Experience: Proven experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.This is a maternity cover for min. 8 months period.
