About the Role:

* We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to take on a key leadership role within our team.

* As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability by effectively managing all aspects of the branch sales office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and support full resource utilization through a combination of footfall, inbound and outbound telephony, together with fulfilment activity.
">
2. Promote simplification and facilitate self-service, customer-first convenience, with a 'human touch' approach and support within the local community, eliminating inefficient, non-value branch activities.
">
3. Leverage our local customer base, with tailored customer engagement (internal and external) incl. via omni-channel such as MS teams, phone, branch visit, field call - aligned to Customer profile.
">
4. Develop trusted and sustainable relationships through proactive business, community and affinity engagement.
">
5. Manage staff performance (in line with HR Policies & Procedures) through coaching, development and support, to deliver the behaviours necessary for a highly successful retail business.
">
6. Ensure adherence to all regulatory / legislative requirements and governance procedures / policies as well as cash handling and expense procedures in order to conduct business in a fully compliant manner.

Requirements:

* Must be MCC Qualified in Personal and Commercial General Insurance (Essential)
">
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar / financial services role with proven ability to manage a team (Essential)
">
* Full clean driving licence (Essential)
">
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites - Word, Excel & Outlook (Essential)
">
* Clear understanding of Performance Management to support the delivery of branch objectives
">
* Excellent understanding of products and branch Administration (incl. legislative, compliance and Health & Safety requirements and Branch Security Procedures)
">
* Strong track record of effective Networking with key stakeholders across the business
">
