Key Responsibiliti
esLead and coordinate all engineering and setting-out activities on a large-scale commercial developmen
t.Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project requirement
s.Manage and mentor site engineers and junior team member
s.Liaise with the Project Manager, design team, subcontractors, and client representative
s.Monitor programme progress and assist in achieving key project milestone
s.Oversee quality control procedures and ensure compliance with company standard
s.Ensure health and safety regulations are implemented and maintained on sit
e.Review and manage technical documentation, drawings, and RFI
s.Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed to the highest standard
s.Assist with project planning, logistics, and reporting requirement
s.Requiremen
tsDegree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related disciplin
e.5+ years' experience in a Senior Engineer or Site Engineer role on commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction project
s.Strong setting-out and surveying experienc
e.Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies and technical standard
s.Proven ability to manage site teams and coordinate multiple work front
s.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skill
s.Proficient in AutoCAD, Total Station, GPS, and relevant engineering softwar
