Culinary Role
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position and hold current legal status to live and work in Ireland. Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential, as is HACCP Food Safety certification. Strong communication and teamwork skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
* Food Preparation: Prepare and present high-quality dishes consistently to the standards set by the Head Chef.
* Safety and Hygiene: Maintain excellence in food hygiene, safety, and HACCP compliance.
* Team Support: Support the training and development of junior kitchen staff.
* Communication: Demonstrate respect and teamwork in all interactions with colleagues and maintain clear and effective communication with the kitchen team.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Licence: Current legal status to live and work in Ireland.
