Job Description
This role entails delivering intricate IT projects across Microsoft Azure, Intune, and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and internal teams to scope, design, implement, and support cutting-edge solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and implement Azure migrations, hybrid cloud setups, DR Solutions, and infrastructure deployments.
2. Design and deploy Microsoft Intune environments, including device compliance, app deployment, and endpoint security.
3. Deliver network infrastructure projects, including firewalls, switches, VPNs, and WiFi solutions.
4. Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
5. Act as a senior escalation point for technical issues during project delivery.
6. Provide mentorship and guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 technicians.
7. Document solutions, configurations, and procedures for internal and client use.
8. Participate in pre-sales technical scoping and solution design.
9. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
10. Provide post-project support and handover documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The following skills and qualifications are essential for this role:
* Proven experience delivering Microsoft Azure projects (VMs, networking, identity, storage).
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
* Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls).
* Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments.
* ISO27001 familiarity is an advantage.
* Azure Administrator Associate / Azure Solutions Architect / Modern Desktop Administrator Associate / CompTIA Network+ / Cisco CCNA.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and documentation abilities are essential.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
