Senior Associate Conveyancing Solicitor
This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced Solicitor who specialises in property law.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating titles, drafting contracts and other documentation, raising and replying to requisitions and all work relating to closings;
* Buying and selling residential and commercial properties;
* Dealing with financial aspects of transactions, including analysing loan sanctions, advising on qualifications to title and discharging undertakings.
Candidates must possess:
* A strong academic background with relevant professional experience;
* Excellent technical and drafting skills and a keen eye for detail;
* A proven track record of excellence in client servicing;
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently;
