Business Support Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Expert to provide technical assistance to our partners and enterprise customers who utilize Business API.
About the Role
* Collaborate with customers to manage complex enterprise systems and develop high-quality tools that enhance business efficiency.
* Gain expertise in Business Platforms and deploy and troubleshoot them effectively.
* Act as a trusted advisor to partners in developing and prioritizing comprehensive, data-driven tool improvement requests and escalate core issues to our Engineering and cross-functional teams.
* Serve as a liaison for technical communication between external developers and our product teams.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field or international equivalent.
* At least 2 years of programming experience.
* Experience working on projects, communicating with individuals at various levels (internal and external).
* Strong analytical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Experience working in a global, multicultural environment.
* Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional partners (both technical and non-technical audiences).
* Proven ability to collaborate and communicate across a global team and with external partners.
* Expertise in the full web stack, REST API development and technologies, and bug management support for large-scale enterprise system development.
* Process change management or process improvement.
* Experience working in a fast-paced technology company or consulting firm environment.
