Job Title: IAM Security Engineer/SailPoint Developer
State Street’s Identity and Access Management division is seeking a SailPoint developer with creativity and a desire to lead the design, development, and support of a business-critical, complex enterprise-level security platform.
Job Responsibilities
1. Work with the business team/Development Lead to understand and analyze new requirements.
2. Drive architectural and design discussions towards solution excellence.
3. Engage in architecture, analysis, design, review, and coding activities.
4. Assist in QA and testing of new and existing features.
5. Participate in release, build, and deployment activities.
6. Write and review software and system documentation.
7. Provide subject matter expertise in addressing complex production issues involving various internal and external systems, components, and processes.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
2. Minimum 4 years of hands-on development experience in 3-tier or service-oriented architecture.
3. Strong integrity, commitment, and ability to meet deadlines.
4. Ability to collaborate with team members, manage delivery, and provide feedback.
5. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
6. Team-oriented, ethical, self-driven, motivated, and results-focused.
Technical Skills
1. At least 4 years programming experience with Java/J2EE.
2. At least 2 years programming experience with SailPoint.
3. At least 2 years programming experience with Oracle.
4. Experience with UNIX/Windows Shell scripting or batch scripting.
5. Experience with GitHub, Clearcase source code repositories.
6. Experience with Apache open-source projects.
7. Experience with Hibernate, Web Services, and Cloud architecture.
8. Experience in software estimation, cost, and delivery timelines evaluation.
Preferred Additional Experience
1. Vendor software such as ServiceNow, Azure, or AWS Cloud.
