Job Summary
As a Service Engineer, you’ll lead the charge in delivering high-quality service to our customers. From troubleshooting complex issues to training operators and supporting contract performance, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our equipment—and our customer relationships—run smoothly. As part of our Customer Service Operations team, you will be first in the field to maintain food processing and packaging equipment at our customers’ facilities. You’ll be someone who prides themselves on getting to the root of the problem, helping keep food production going for hundreds of millions of people in more than 160 countries. Our equipment is a crucial part of the food processing and packaging industry. Keeping it maintained to its optimum performance is a huge priority for us, our customers, and the communities they serve. What you will do
Travel to customer sites: home-based while travelling extensively within the Island of Ireland and occasional overseas
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations
Analyze technical issues and escalate when needed using standard operating processes
Train customer operators and support production efficiency
Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development
Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and reporting standards
Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery
Maintain a clean, safe work environment
Follow all safety protocols in accordance with OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team
Profile description
Up to 3 years of experience in maintenance, service, or installation roles
Education in industrial systems, mechanical or process engineering
Strong mechanical knowledge
Ability to travel up to 90% of the time
Fluent English
