We're looking for a
Lead Generation Marketing Manager
to drive offline growth across Europe. This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives on turning creative campaigns into measurable pipeline results.
What You'll Do
* Lead
offline lead generation
across trade shows, partnerships, and experiential campaigns that build brand awareness and generate high-quality leads across key European markets.
* Own and grow the EU lead pipeline
, managing qualification and conversion processes across France, Spain, and Ireland.
* Set up and track
marketing campaigns in Salesforce
, ensuring clear reporting and strong ROI.
* Support and enable sales
with the tools, insights, and processes to improve follow-up and conversion.
* Plan and execute
European trade shows
* from logistics and creative planning to post-event impact analysis.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
cohesive storytelling
and strong funnel performance.
* Continuously
analyse and optimise
campaign performance to maximise efficiency and revenue impact.
What You Bring
* 4-6 years' experience in
lead generation, demand generation, or field marketing
.
* Proven success executing
offline campaigns
(trade shows, partnerships, events).
* Skilled in
Salesforce and marketing automation tools
(e.g. Marketo).
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
* Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable working across teams.
* A strategic thinker who's not afraid to get hands-on.
