Job TypeFull TimeLocationHybrid (Dublin HQ / Remote)Closing DateSunday, 1 February, :59DepartmentSalesJob OverviewAs an energetic Business Development Manager, you will be responsible forqualifying and nurturing a pipeline of opportunities sourced from a strong mix ofinbound and outbound leads generated by our Marketing team whilst building apipeline of your own through attending networking events and through your owninitiative. You'll take ownership of the full sales cycle, from first contact through toclose, engaging with key decision-makers including C-level and director level, whilstnavigating complex customer requirementsAbout IP Telecom:IP Telecom is a leading provider of innovative communications solutions tailored for businesses of all sizes. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Sales team and help drive our next phase of expansion.Key Responsibilities:Qualify and manage inbound and outbound leads, and identify high-potential business opportunitiesEngage with prospects through phone calls, virtual meetings, face-to-face interactions, and product demonstrationsManage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to negotiation and deal closureBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels of an organisationCollaborate with marketing and technical teams to tailor proposals and close complex dealsAccurately maintain records and track progress in the CRM (Zoho experience preferred)Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsContribute feedback and market insights to help shape product and marketing strategies### ### Required Skills and Qualifications:- #### Proven experience in qualifying and managing sales leads- #### Confident communicator with strong experience in phone sales, virtual/face-to-face meetings, and presentations- #### Demonstrated success in B2B sales, managing the full sales cycle- #### Proficiency in using CRMs (Zoho preferred) and other data capture tools- #### Ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining focus and professionalism#### ### Preferred Experience:- #### 3+ years' experience in sales within the telecoms and data connectivity market- #### Strong experience in the Irish communications market- #### Experience selling to C-level executives, directors and business owners- #### Familiarity with tender processes and navigating complex enterprise-level deals#### ### What We Offer:- #### Competitive salary with an uncapped commission structure- #### Hybrid working model with flexibility and autonomy- #### Career development opportunities in a growing organisation- #### Supportive team culture focused on collaboration and innovation#### #### If you're a self-motivated, results-driven sales professional with a passion for telecoms and business development, we'd love to hear from you.#### Apply today by sending your CV to and be part of our journey to transform business communication.
