* Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations of a designated centre.
* Supervise and mentor staff, fostering reflective practice and accountability.
* Evaluate compliance with HIQA Standards, the Health Act 2007, and relevant legislation.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A Level 7 or higher qualification in Social Care (CORU-approved) or related field (Social Work, Psychology, Youth & Community Work, Nursing).
* Three years' post-qualification experience in disability care, including some supervisory experience.
