Recruitment Coordinator / Administrator
, you will be the backbone of our recruitment operations, ensuring smooth communication between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruitment team. You will play a vital role in organizing the recruitment process, managing candidate data, and providing administrative support to ensure our hiring objectives are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
* Maintain accurate records of candidate applications in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Support hiring managers with recruitment-related queries and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
* Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing documentation and scheduling induction sessions.
* Generate reports and metrics on recruitment activities and outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment legislation.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in recruitment administration, coordination, or HR support.
* A relevant business, HR, or recruitment qualification (e.g., CIPD, HR Diploma, Business Administration degree) is desirable.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR software.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
