Due to the rapid growth we need to further strengthen our Sales Management team and are therefore recruiting for an Inside Sales Team Leader.
This role will be to take responsibility of the development of a team of outbound B2B Sales Executives, managing day to day sales targets around number of calls and appointments booked. There will be a fantastic mix of tenured and trainee level staff on the team for you to develop into the very best performing sales team. You will also have the opportunity to nurture the day-to-day relationship between our Inside Sales 'Engine Room' team and the Business Development Field Sales team.
You will be working in a KPI driven environment which is fast-paced, professional but fun Reporting directly into the Head of Inside Sales, you will play an integral part in the day-to-day running of the department by ensuring your team are contributing to the overall success of the sales floor.
