Our client is seeking an External Sales Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Responsibilities:
1. Carrying out sales processes (identifying prospects, sales meetings, consultancy, follow-ups, final negotiations).
2. Cold acquisition using company tools to create new business opportunities and develop the business portfolio.
3. Building long-lasting partnerships with resellers and interacting via the best available channels (personal and/or digital).
4. Achieving quantitative and qualitative sales objectives within the sales strategy.
5. Consulting and training partners to provide a complete overview and understanding of products and processes.
6. Providing solutions tailored to reseller needs and acting as a consultant.
7. Ensuring reseller satisfaction through excellent customer experience.
8. Managing complaints to ensure the best customer experience.
9. Participating in relevant networking events.
10. Recording meetings and reports in tools.
11. Analyzing resellers' financial situations to monitor risks and opportunities.
12. While resellers are the main focus, responsibilities also include deploying sales strategies to direct customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
13. Analyzing direct customers' solvability risks using company tools.
14. Governance & Compliance: Respecting and applying Group Compliance rules, Health & Safety, Data Protection, Data Handling, and QM Group standards.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience within the financial sector or selling financial projects.
2. Proven track record of achieving targets in a sales environment.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
4. Degree qualification in Business, Marketing, or a similar field.
5. Proficiency in IT systems.
