About This Role
This is an exciting entry-level position in our Claims Team, where you will play a key role in meeting the insurance needs of our customers. Based in Wexford, this team works collaboratively across both locations to administer and negotiate material damage claims.
Your Responsibilities
* Proactively manage cases from loss notification to settlement, adhering to established standards and procedures.
* Determine timely, accurate reserves and conduct ongoing reviews throughout the claims cycle.
* Achieve case resolution quickly and accurately while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
* Liaise with stakeholders via phone calls and written correspondence while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
