Job Overview
The Parts Sales Executive will provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers through efficient sales and dispatch of parts stock.
* Front counter sales and outbound calls sales
* Daily stock ordering, receipting of parts, picking and packing of customer orders, invoicing of parts
* Delivering professional customer service and maintaining high standards of general housekeeping
* Covering parts back counter and warehouse duties as required
Key Skills:
* Previous commercial/selling experience and technical knowledge of trucks and buses
* Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Strong IT and systems skills
* Self-starter, proactive, integrity, team-focused and flexible approach to work
Working Conditions:
8:30am-6pm Monday-Friday, 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8am-12midday
