Job Description:
We are hiring on behalf of our client, for an experienced and motivated Office Administrator / Sales Advisor to join their dynamic team. This dual role combines administrative responsibilities with a proactive sales focus, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
You'll be responsible for supporting daily office operations, handling customer service interactions, and driving product sales. This is a key position within the Sales & Administration team, and requires a confident, organised individual with a strong professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Telesales:
Promote products to existing and potential customers through inbound and outbound communication. Take and process orders, follow up on sales opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales administration.
Reporting & Compliance:
Maintain accurate records, participate in team meetings, and complete required training. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies, always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales and customer service role.
Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration.
Proven ability to meet targets and manage workload under pressure.
Excellent IT and Microsoft Office skills.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and professional conduct.
