About the Role
Our organization seeks a skilled Site Operations Coordinator to oversee the execution of on-site Mechanical, Electrical and Process upgrade works at the Wastewater Treatment facility. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating design, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Management: Supervise and coordinate a team of engineers, safety personnel, and M&E installation personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
* Client Representation: Represent our organization's interests at client meetings and participate in and document project coordination meetings.
* Documentation Management: Oversee site documentation, including signage, audits, method statements, reports, and site sub-contractor documentation.
* Construction Planning: Develop construction plans and schedules, procure materials and equipment, and conduct project cost reviews and reporting.
* Closeout Activities: Conduct research and suggest options on construction means, methods, and equipment, and ensure project closeout, including handover of completed safety files.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Technical Proficiency: Possess proficiency in PC skills, including MS office and Project software.
* Collaboration and Communication: Demonstrate good inter-personal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Analytical and Problem-Solving: Exhibit strong engineering, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive project success.
* Engineering Expertise: Bring a solid understanding of engineering principles and practices to this role.
