NCino Business AnalystDublin - 1 day per weekDRC - 12 MonthsWe are looking for an experienced nCino Business Analyst with a strong background in Lending and Credit. This role will bridge business and technology teams, ensuring clear requirements, effective solution design, and successful delivery across the full lending lifecycle. This is a Day Rate Contract running initially for a 12 Month period.ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders to define scope, gather requirements, and understand pain pointsLead requirement workshops and identify gaps, risks, and practical solutionsDocument business requirements (BRDs, User Stories, workflows, RTM) using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, VisioAnalyse and design solutions in collaboration with Solution Architects and development teamsEnsure requirements traceability and support end-to-end delivery through to sign-offProvide input to test cases, support QA, and participate in UATRecommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experienceProduce supporting documentation including user guides and process documentationMust have experience within Corporate Lending
