Your Role
We are seeking a passionate Social Media & Content Specialist with a flair for creativity to join our growing team. You will manage social media accounts from start to finish, develop content strategies, and execute content creation and scheduling. Confidence in managing all social channels is essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain our internal and clients’ social media platforms
2. Develop and implement creative social media strategies that deliver results
3. Research and plan content strategies aligned with latest trends
4. Create content across video and static formats using Canva or similar tools
5. Produce engaging content from brainstorming to capturing
6. Schedule posts across platforms
7. Report and analyze social media performance
8. Collaborate on multi-channel campaigns
9. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integrated marketing efforts
10. Maintain strong relationships with team members, clients, and media sources
11. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities for innovation opportunities
12. Support the agency with training and mentoring on social media topics
The Ideal Candidate
1. Over 2 years’ experience in social media management and content creation
2. Experience in an agency environment
3. Deep understanding of all social media channels
4. Ability to work independently, with or without AI tools
5. Proven success with social media campaigns and award-winning content
6. Exceptional copywriting and communication skills
7. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
8. Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
9. Team player with leadership potential
