Overview of the Post
Under the general direction of the IT Network & Security Manager, the Voice Telecom Analyst - Intermediate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting telecommunications systems, including PBX, voicemail, and related equipment. The role may involve working on medium to large-scale projects and providing technical assistance to various stakeholders. The candidate should have working knowledge of PBX systems, voicemail, and voice equipment.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
* Provide maintenance and support for telecommunications infrastructure and associated software, including PBXs, call management systems, voicemail, and IVR.
* Monitor capacity and performance issues to ensure uninterrupted telecom operations.
* Generate usage and traffic reports.
* Diagnose and resolve telecommunications problems, recommending corrective solutions.
* Collaborate with vendors during installations, negotiations, and hardware issues.
* Maintain current knowledge of PBX, voicemail, wiring, and related systems.
* Protect the confidentiality of patient and staff data according to policies.
* Mentor and support colleagues in areas of expertise.
* Flexibility required for working hours based on business needs.

Qualifications & Experience
* Typically 3+ years of experience in voice communications infrastructure design and support.
* Preferred education: Degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Experience managing enterprise systems and endpoints.
* Experience maintaining 24/7 network infrastructure.
* Experience with Avaya and Cisco Webex / CUCM technologies.
* Strong documentation skills.
* Preferred qualifications: Cisco CCNA, CCNP Collaboration.
* Multilingual candidates, especially Italian speakers, are preferred.
