Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist with the provision of programmes and activities as set by the Service Co‑ordinator; support service users participating in these programmes; assist with safe loading of passengers and securing of wheelchairs onto IWA buses; transport service users to and from the ROC, social and recreational events as directed; assist service users in all aspects of personal care as needed; adhere to Health & Safety practices and Covid‑19 policies; carry out any other duties assigned from time to time.
Training Programme
Training provided: Manual & People Handling, H&S at Work, Safeguarding Vulnerable Persons, Service Provision & Practice, C.L.E. (clamping and lift equipment). Opportunity to achieve qualifications up to QQI Level 5. Example training includes Health Service Skills.
