Job Description
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Procurement Category Specialist, Customer Marketing.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of procurement strategies that will drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver results-driven procurement solutions.
You will have a deep understanding of procurement processes and principles, and be able to apply this knowledge to optimize spend and drive value across multiple categories.
This role requires strong analytical, financial, and commercial awareness, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Significant experience in procurement, commercial, finance, marketing or other relevant roles
* Member of CIPS or another professional procurement organization preferred
* Skilled at building partnerships, both externally with agencies and suppliers, and internally with business partners/commercial/marketing team members
* Demonstrated performance in projects and in cross-market teams, experience developing and executing category and procurement strategies, managing and negotiating with suppliers
