As part of the MHL Hotel Collection, The 4* Spencer Hotel is in prime location overlooking the River Liffey in the heart of Dublin's financial district. Home to 209 guest bedrooms, 8 Meeting rooms, we are now looking to recruit an experienced
Breakfast Manager
to join our dynamic F&B Team.
The hotel is located within 10 minutes' walk from O'Connell Street, with easy access to Connolly & Dublin Docklands Dart & commuter train stations. The Luas and Dublin Bus services are also within minutes' walk from the Hotel.
Responsibilities will include:
* Ensure the effective day to day operational running of our Restaurant during the busy breakfast service.
* Assist with lunch service
* Build relationships with our internal and external guest to encourage return stays
* Train restaurant colleagues on a daily basis in relation to the hotel standard operating procedures.
* Support the Food & Beverage Management with their duties.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards, quality presentation, beverage products, health & safety and sanitation standards

The Ideal candidate will:
* Have had previous Supervisory experience in a 4* Hotel or similar restaurant
* Have a proven ability to manage a team
* Be enthusiastic and vibrant in their outlook
* Have a willingness to learn and develop their career further
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Must be available to work 40 hours a week
* Must be eligible to work in Ireland
