You will play a key role in leading a high-performing team leader layer and driving employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Business of Field Service Operations (FSO) for our Ireland customer site. This is a high-level position that requires a recognized expert in the semiconductor or related industry.
* Direct and manage activities for the customer site, including people management, customer satisfaction, P&L, and budget management.
* Drive a culture of safety and quality by setting clear processes and empowering safety ownership.
* Establish a culture of business ownership and growth by expanding market share and supporting business unit and system sales.
* Cultivate a leadership-driven, inclusive organization by empowering all levels to think critically and own outcomes.
* Build strong, transparent partnerships with customer Fab leadership and establish systems and ownership for successful installs and ramps.
* Ensure continuous improvement and accountability by promoting KPI ownership and leveraging Power BI and SMART Analytics.
* Lead site revenue growth and margin improvement by expanding CSA and meeting AOP/CMT targets.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant discipline.
* 7-10 years of relevant experience.
* Extensive expertise in semiconductor or related industry.
* Experience in strategic planning and business analytics.
* High-level customer management experience.
* Demonstrated ability to build, lead, inspire, and motivate teams.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate complex ideas and persuade others.
* Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
* Ability to set and sustain a culture of safety, quality, and productivity.
* Process improvement and strong decision-making skills.
* Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
