About This Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team as a Sous Chef Supervisor. In this role, you will assist the Executive Head Chef in leading the kitchen team, developing new ideas, and implementing improved processes. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior staff members and ensuring they receive the necessary support and guidance.
Main Tasks:
* Assist the Executive Head Chef in leading the kitchen team
* Develop and implement new ideas and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
* Mentor junior staff members and provide training and support
* Monitor and report on kitchen performance and suggest improvements
Required Skills
* Proven experience in a senior kitchen role
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Able to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations
