We are seeking a reliable and organized Logistics Administrator to support our logistics operations.
This role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating with drivers, acting as a key point of contact for the internal customer service team, and assisting the logistics manager to ensure smooth and efficient transportation processes.

Location: On-Site / Dublin (Cookstown), Ireland
Core Responsibilities:
* Manage filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
* Input and maintain logistics data in relevant systems.
* Upload and update route information promptly.
* Liaise regularly with drivers to communicate schedules, updates, and requirements.
* Act as the point of contact for the internal customer service team regarding logistics-related queries.
* Provide administrative support to the Distribution Manager.
* Perform ad hoc tasks and assist with other duties as needed to support the logistics team.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Personable and effective communicator, able to liaise well with drivers, the customer service team, and other stakeholders.
* Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Previous experience in a logistics or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
