Procurement Program Management
The role of senior procurement program manager is pivotal in overseeing and managing a team responsible for driving plant procurement goals and metrics. This includes direct material productivity, preferred supplier programs, supplier rationalization, risk management, cash flow, inflation/deflation, quality, supplier control, on-time delivery, and NPD platform releases across the EMEA SBU.
Responsibilities include mentoring, coaching, teaching, developing, and supporting the PPM team. The incumbent must also ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of procurement financial metrics, including productivity and inflation. Additionally, they will be responsible for meeting AOP targets on direct material productivity and cash flow through close collaboration with finance, engineering, and materials teams.
* Mentor, coach, teach, develop, and support the PPM team across EMEA sites.
* Accurately forecast and report procurement financial metrics, including productivity and inflation.
* Collaborate closely with finance, engineering, and materials teams to meet AOP targets on direct material productivity and cash flow.
