Reliability Specialist Job Description
A unique opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Reliability Professional.
The key objective of this role is to enhance asset management and reliability through technical support of the maintenance function and optimisation of the site maintenance process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develops engineering solutions to prevent repetitive failures and costly equipment problems.
* Maintains the Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) program, including vibration, thermography, and other predictive analyses.
* Analyses equipment history within the CMMS to ensure effectiveness of all maintenance efforts.
* Reduces and improves maintenance work, ensuring efficient and reliable operation of plant, process, and equipment.
* Benchmarks other sites and industries for new emerging technologies and techniques.
* Implements digital solutions and SMART maintenance.
* Coaches the planner and scheduler to ensure PM/PdM services meet key metrics.
Requirements:
* Engineering degree qualification, preferably mechanical or electrical.
* 5 years of professional experience.
* Desirable +3 years of experience working in a similar role in an industrial environment or within a specialized consultancy.
This role will report to the Reliability Lead and operate within the Engineering Centre of Excellence.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
