We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bioanalytical Scientist, with expertise in bioanalytical methods such as HPLC, Size Exclusion Chromatography, UV-Vis spectroscopy and protein characterization techniques. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in defining new scientific approaches, data analysis and method validation.
About the Role:
* To provide technical oversight and ownership of analytical methods.
* Partner with analytical development to ensure method readiness for validation.
* Lead complex projects and teams to meet deadlines.
The ideal candidate should have demonstrated trouble shooting skills with protein separation methods such as CE_SDS or ICIEF Electrophoresis, HPLC, UPLC Chromatography including Size-Exclusion chromatography, ion exchange technologies.
In addition they should have strong written and communication skills experience working in a matrix organization leading complex projects project teams meeting tight deadlines demonstrative critical based thinking skills good organizational presentation abilities,
A BS degree with 10+ years or MS/PhD degree with 5+ years is desirable travel required not exceeding %
