ABOUT YOU
You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a specialist retail environment selling luxury products and brands
You will lead, motivate, and coach your people to have personal meaningful interactions with our customers to make them feel special
You will have the confidence to share knowledge and drive behavioural change to develop team growth
You will be commercially minded to maximise sales opportunities and drive business performance
