Dispatch ManagerRole OverviewThe Dispatch & Operations Manager oversees daily dispatch operations to ensure efficient scheduling, routing, and coordination of vehicles, equipment, and field staff. The role focuses on operational efficiency, team leadership, compliance, and service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily dispatch schedules and route planningMonitor real-time operations and resolve issues or delaysLead, train, and support dispatch and field teamsCoordinate communication between operations, drivers, and customer serviceEnsure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standardsMaintain accurate records using dispatch and tracking systemsDrive continuous process improvementSkills & ExperienceExperience in dispatch, logistics, or operational coordinationPrior leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsProficiency with dispatch, scheduling, or fleet management systemsWorking Hours & LocationOnsite role - Dublin 12Hours: 6:00am – 3:00pm / 3:30pm (based on operational needs)Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility as required
