The Role The role will involve a range of high-level duties, and would be best suited to an experienced PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The main duties of the role include: Managing emails, calendars, meetings, and events. Manage travel arrangements, including client reports and travel packs. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Oversee monthly billing, time allocation, and invoice preparation. Manage expense submissions accurately and on time. Use Microsoft Office to produce high-quality documents and presentations. Provide support to other PAs in the practice group and handle ad hoc duties as needed. Essential criteria Experience as a Legal PA/Secretary in a busy environment. Excellent attention to detail. Experience with case management & billing systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365. Strong written/verbal communication.
