Site Management Opportunity
Our client, a prominent contractor with extensive operations in various sectors across Ireland and the UK, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee large-scale residential projects in Limerick.
This exciting opportunity offers a driven individual the chance to develop their career by managing on-site activities effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and within budget.
1. Maintain accurate records of site activities
2. Collaborate with the commercial department for timely delivery of materials/ plant/labour
* Elevate quality standards through effective EHS management
Provide training for direct labour as needed
Ideal candidates will possess 5+ years of experience in residential construction projects, preferably timber frame experience. Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and safety protocols is essential. Excellent communication skills are required for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
