Key Responsibilities:
- Serve customers with a friendly and efficient manner, providing an exceptional standard of customer care.
- Maintain knowledge of current in-store sales and promotions, answer customer queries, and deal with customer complaints in a professional way.
- Assist with tasks such as computing sales prices, receiving and processing payments, and maintaining the store's tidiness.
- Participate in stock management, including receiving and checking stock, rotating stock to minimize waste, and conducting stock takes as needed.
- Support food service operations, preparing food for resale in line with HACCP regulations, and ensuring temperature compliance around the store.
Working Conditions:
- Flexible working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, are required.
- Must be available to work five days a week, from Monday to Sunday.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a similar retail role is necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a focus on customer satisfaction, are essential.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, follow cash handling procedures, and adhere to company policies.
