An amazing opportunity has arisen for an experienced Wedding Coordinator to join the team at The Keadeen Hotel.
We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented Wedding Coordinator to plan and execute unforgettable weddings from start to finish. You'll work directly with couples, vendors, and venues to ensure every moment runs smoothly—while using the Moposa wedding planning system to streamline timelines, seating plans, and guest management.
Duties:
* To deal with all wedding enquiries & ensure they are followed through to completion.
* To ensure that all business leads & opportunities are followed up in a timely manner including enquiries & provisional bookings.
* To ensure that the enquiries file is followed up & updated on at least a weekly basis.
* To give the correct information to wedding couples when they are enquiring about their wedding.
* To conduct wedding show arounds.
* To ensure all paperwork & files are kept up to date.
* To prepare & assist with printing of weekly function sheets and issue to all departments
* Engage in all client relationship activities
Requirements
* Must be available Monday-Sunday
* Flexible with hours
* Highly motivated with a positive friendly attitude
* Strong leadership, time management and organisational skills
* Attention to detail is a must
* Experience in a similar role
