MSL Motor Group is seeking an organised and customer-focused Vehicle Progressor to support the launch and development of Mercedes-Benz North Dublin, a new, purpose-built dealership representing a landmark moment for both the Group and the Mercedes-Benz brand in Ireland. This state-of-the-art facility will unite our existing Mercedes-Benz North Dublin sales operation on the Navan Road with the Mercedes-Benzdedicated element of our service operation currently based at MSL Service Centre, North Circular Road, bringing both together into one modern, purpose-built hub at North City Business Park. As the first greenfield Mercedes-Benz dealership in Ireland to be constructed entirely under the MAR20X retail transformation standards, the new site will set a new benchmark for excellencedelivering a customer experience grounded in the pillars of luxury, trust, ease, and respect. The Vehicle Progressor role will be integral to delivering these standards, ensuring that vehicles are progressed, prepared, and presented to the highest levels of quality, accuracy, and efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to join the business at a pivotal moment of growth and transformation. Working closely with Sales, Aftersales, and Operations teams, the Vehicle Progressor will help ensure a seamless transition of vehicles from arrival through to customer handover, supporting a premium, well-organised, and stress-free customer journey from day one. THE ROLE Reporting to dealership management, the Vehicle Progressor will hold responsibility for overseeing the movement and preparation of new and pre-owned vehicles throughout the dealership. This role plays a vital operational function, ensuring stock accuracy, preparation standards, and delivery timelines are maintained in line with both manufacturer and MSL Motor Group expectations. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate and oversee the progression of new and pre-owned vehicles from arrival to customer handover. Carry out timely vehicle appraisals using internal systems as soon as vehicles enter stock. Receive vehicles from transport companies and external suppliers, ensuring all documentation and spare keys are present and correct. Liaise daily with internal departments including Sales, Service, Parts, Bodyshop, Valet, and Management to ensure vehicles are prepared within agreed timelines. Monitor and manage vehicle preparation standards to ensure all cars meet Mercedes-Benz and MSL quality requirements before display or delivery. Support the Sales team by ensuring vehicles are fully prepared and presented for customer handovers. Inspect vehicles prior to handover to confirm they meet and exceed customer expectations. Oversee showroom and display areas, ensuring presentation standards are consistently maintained. Support online vehicle marketing through photography and video content (training provided). Track and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Assist with ad-hoc operational duties such as NCT coordination, vehicle movements, deliveries, and collections as required. DRIVING RESULTS Ensure vehicles are delivered on time and to the required standard. Maintain accurate stock control and vehicle status reporting. Contribute to operational efficiency and a consistently high-quality customer experience. TEAMWORK & COLLABORATION Work closely with Sales and Aftersales teams to achieve shared objectives. Support colleagues during peak periods to ensure customer commitments are met. Contribute positively to a collaborative, one-team culture. DELIVERING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE Support a seamless, professional handover process aligned with premium brand expectations. Ensure vehicle quality, cleanliness, and presentation reflect the values of trust and care. Help deliver a customer journey that respects the customers time and enhances overall satisfaction. DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Full, clean driving licence is essential. Strong planning, organisational, and follow-up skills. Flexible and adaptable approach to work. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a customer-facing environment.
