**Inside Sales Role Overview**

This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts, driving transactional sales, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from quote to delivery.

* Manage an assigned base of customers, focusing on revenue growth and retention through proactive engagement.
* Generate accurate sales quotes within 24 hours of request.
* Coordinate with Operations and Finance teams to manage the full order lifecycle, from purchase order receipt to dispatch.
* Log all customer interactions in CRM, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date records.
* Monitor and report on customer responsiveness and activity using CRM tools and engagement metrics.
* Share pricing updates and product news with customers via CRM and messaging apps.

Key skills include strong communication and relationship-building skills, experience with CRM systems, high attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive, target-driven mindset. Familiarity with solar products or renewable energy is beneficial.
