In this role you will be responsible for leading and developing financial services product strategy including identifying new market opportunities, developing new and/or refining existing products to meet market needs and managing products over their lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Lead, Shape and Execute the product roadmap across the end-to-end lifecycle
2. Drive product innovation, strategy and vision
3. Identify opportunities for product development and/or improvement and target markets
4. Implement Analytics KPIs - how data is collected, measurement and reporting.
5. Define Product KPIs, aligned with commercial KPIs, to monitor performance and success of financial services products
6. Drive the team – And put your shape on Product within the organisation
Experience
1. Over 15+ years leading, driving, defining and implementing Products Roadmaps within Financial Services/Leasing/Fintech with a bachelor's degree.
2. Good background in Innovation - Transformation, Continuous Improvement, Process / Operational Efficiencies with Six Sigma DMAIC certification/experience of benefit.
3. Excellent stakeholder engagement and management background.
4. Strong financial acumen, identify new revenue streams and ability to drive P&L growth.
5. Solid understanding of current technologies to drive business strategies and objectives.
