Theatre Cleaning Professional
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Theatre Cleaning Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across designated areas, ensuring a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and maintain designated areas including offices, corridors, stairwells, and staff rooms.
* Perform dusting, mopping, sweeping, and buffing tasks.
* Clean toilets and replenish supplies.
* Dispose of waste and recycling according to site procedures.
* Refill cleaning materials and report low stock to the supervisor.
* Operate cleaning machinery (e.g., floor buffer, vacuum cleaner) as trained.
* Follow health and safety policies and report any maintenance issues or hazards.
Teamwork:
* Maintain professionalism and friendliness with colleagues.
* Be flexible with working hours to cover holidays and sick leave.
* Work collaboratively to uphold organizational values.
Requirements:
* Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
* Knowledge of infection control, quality, risk management, and health & safety in a hospital setting.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Self-disciplined with good time management and commitment to high-quality customer service.
