Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the installation, setup, and validation of production equipment.
* Support routine and preventive maintenance activities under the guidance of senior technicians.
* Learn to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment faults related to mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by observing and recommending potential process optimisations.
* Interpret basic blueprints and schematics to support equipment understanding and diagnostics.
* Support documentation and compliance efforts related to production and maintenance procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Graduate with a Level 6 or higher qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field).
* Industry placement desirable.
* A strong interest in manufacturing and technical problem-solving.
* Eagerness to learn and develop hands-on skills in a highly regulated production environment.
